Dave stressed the continued importance of training in the area of distressed properties. Even in our Seattle market, we continue to see short sales and bank owned homes and we need to be able to meet the needs of our customers. For this reason, the CDPE training continues to be one of the most excellent ways to be educated in short sales. There are now 11,000 Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPEs) in the U.S. and RE/MAX agents make up for 8,000 of these CDPEs. Once again, Dave Liniger is right on target at promoting the best tools for our agents to be of highest service to our clients and customers!
